Starting is handled by an Interstate Mega-Tron Plus trunk mounted 1000 cranking amps battery and mini-starter. All this on pump gas thanks to GM Engineering. 5 Speed Tre-Mec TKO aluminum transmission and a Hurst shifter handle on top to look nostalgic. Roller pilot bearing with Centerforce flywheel and dual friction clutch and throw out bearing. Ford 9’”Rear with new tubes and billet ends, new 3.50 ratio positraction with 31 spline Moser axles. 4 wheel power disc brakes all around. Chevy disc brakes in front and Ford Performance big disc brakes in the rear. Rear leaf springs with coil overs and slapper bars for a solid rear suspension that hooks up well. Cragar wheels all around with 15 x 8s in rear to hold P255/70TR15 Cooper Cobra GT tires to handle all the power to the rear wheels. Front tires are P215/70R15. Front seat is 60/40 split bench from a 90s Cadillac. Power seat on driver’s side with fold down arm rest for comfort. Air conditioned cabin with tilt wheel, power steering with 4 spoke steering wheel, chrome moon tach and gauge package keep you comfortable and informed. Power rack and pinion front steering system make this car easy to drive at any speed. Ceramic coated Hooker headers with an X-pipe exhaust system and Flowmaster mufflers give that wonderful mellow sound that tells everyone that something great is under the hood. Body is rust free and very straight. All original panels with no patch panels in this car! Car sits on a one piece California frame. Car has been sound proofed and insulated throughout. Radio is Custom Auto Sound 200 watt AM-FM radio with Kenwood 3-cone rear deck mounted speakers and Kenwood 2-cone front speakers molded into front air vents that still function.
