Up for grabs is my 1964 Impala Super Sport 2 door Hardtop with no reserve. This car IS DAILY DRIVER QUALITY! It is a true SS with a its original 327 engine and automatic transmission which shifts great. The car starts right up and will drive anywhere. The car recently was treated to a new gas tank, new fuel line, new interstate battery, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new starter, carburetor rebuild, and oil change. Also, all the headlight bulbs, brake lights, and turn signal bulbs are new and work as they should. I have all receipts for the parts and labor. THE BODY of the car will certainly need work whereas surface rust on the hood is present as well as rust on the bottom of the trunk lid and the bottom of the quarter panels but nothing too crazy. I loosened the rear bumper bracket so you could see the panel that hides behind the rear bumpers..i did that to show you it is rusted and could use being repaired. The frame is good. The trunk compartment is solid but in need of a good vacuum cleaning and some grey splatter paint. THE INTERIOR isn't perfect but its not that bad either...the carpet is fairly new and looks good...the bucket seats are very comfortable with the only blemish the obvious hole in the vinyl and padding of the driver bucket seat...however the back seat is perfect. The other blemish is the dash pad as age and heat from the sun has opened cracks in it so it will need replaced. The head liner is old and worn out. The door panels are in good shape but the carpet pieces at the bottom of them need screwed back into the door to make them look better. All THE GLASS is good with no cracks and the windows go up and down with no problems. All in all this is a great car to cruise around town while you fix it up however nice your pockets will allow you to!
