1972 Fiat Spider. My dad bought this about 30 years ago. At that time, there was something wrong with the transmission. He bought and rebuilt a transmission, but never installed it. It's been sitting in a garage on crushed stone since then. He has passed away, and I need to sell this car to settle the estate. I'll get a wrecker in to tow it and the other cars out of his garage (after cutting down some trees that have grown up in the past 25 years) and get some better pictures then. I wanted to list it now because I need to get the process started. Payment in full via paypal or money order within 7 days of auction end (11/10). Car MUST MUST MUST be gone within 2 weeks after that (11/24). House has been sold and goes to closing at end of November, so car has to be gone. Have title from seller from 1982 (VA title); the seller signed the back of it then, but the purchaser information was never filled in. Car seems rust-free on the surface, I haven't been underneath it. As I indicated, it's been sitting in a garage for 30 years. Engine ran fine in 1982. Car located in Bethesda, MD, just outside of Washington, DC. The other cars in the pictures are not for sale. No visits to inspect the car are possible. There have already been problems with thefts from the premises. Will not end auction early. E-mail me with questions of for more pictures.
