Professionally built 1966 Mustang GT 289 cu.in. race motor (approx. 300hp) Approximately 200 miles since ground up restoration T-10 close ratio 4 speed with Hurst shift mechanism 8-3/4" Ford posi-traction rear end with 4:11 gear ratio Polished "Old School" slotted mags. (Plus a set of cheater slicks on same type rims) Three core aluminum radiator with electric fan MSD electronic ignition Gauges: Tachometer with shift light, oil, temp, amp. Fire extinguisher NHRA safety equipment compliance approved including driveline safety loop and seat belts Very presentable show-strip-street legal 1964 Ford Ranchero. All NHRA regulations have been complied with but still very street-able. All stainless and chrome has been refurbished and the interior has fresh headliner and carpet and the original bench seat is in good condition. The "Wimbleton White" paint is fresh and has been cut and polished. The Engine came from a 1966 Mustang GT and was rebuilt by a local professional race engine builder to approx. 300hp. This little truck is not flawless, but is a very good example of 60's muscle! Floor pans were replaced and all rust issues were addressed during the body restoration. It has been a trophy winner at local car shows and although it should run in the Mid 12's at the track it has never been raced. At the present time it is for sale locally and if it sells the auction is cancelled. My reserve is relative to the quality of the restoration but reasonable. The high bidder will not be disappointed!
