Up for auction is a 1978 FJ-40 Land Cruiser with 76,304 actual miles. Vehicle was purchased from an individual in California and was shipped to West Virginia in Nov. 2011 where it has been stored inside a garage since its arrival. The Land Cruiser had a total restoration done approximately 14 years ago (photos and documents are included). Also included are a bikini top and rear tailgate which can be seen in the photos. Upon purchasing the vehicle I had it repainted (factory tan) due to several panels that were faded from the California sun. Vehicle is 100% rust free and the body and motor are in excellent condition. Vehicle is carpeted and everything works correctly including the rear heater. Tires and wheels are brand new and were purchased approximately 4 months ago. I also added the 4-wheel disc brake conversion kit which works great on the FJ40's. Vehicle has factory F2 engine with 4 speed transmission and runs great. Looks as good in person as it does in the photos. Good luck bidding and you will not be disappointed!
