Fair condition. Exterior scratches. Interior in fairly good condition. Vehicle is equipped with the following options: Automatic transmission; power steering, brakes, locks, windows, driver’s seat; air conditioning, rear defrost, and AM/FM radio. All police radios and identification (light bar, decals, etc.) have been removed. This vehicle does not have cruise control. This vehicle is being sold in AS IS condition. Please note: This vehicle will need an oil change, new battery and possibly one or more tires need to be replaced. Vehicle will start with a battery jump, but will not re-start once the motor has been shut off (needs a new battery). You will need to bring a battery charger or cables with you as the battery will need a jump in order to shift the vehicle out of park to move it. Vehicle has been stored outside. Once running, this vehicle would be a great second or knock-around car. Inspection of the vehicle is encouraged. Please contact the City of Mt. Pick-Up: Once payment has been received, the purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works building, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of item(s) is at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Time Limit: If an item is not picked up within seven (7) business days after the auction end date and time, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to re-list it for auction, block the bidder from future auctions, and any other action as allowed by eBay rules.
