This van has served the Institute very well. The van has been maintained and updated to serve well into the future. To accommodate a Resident Artist, MWHArt Institute invested $5800. + $1500. Stainless Steel exhaust system in this van. The client has since moved on and it is time for the institute to make other investments to accommodate current and future clients. Your payment will go directly to the benefit of less able artist to facilitate their creative contributions to society. It is apparent that this van has been well maintained. It operates much better than many newer models. The body engine, transmission and all mechanicals are in very good condition. MWHArt Institute has garaged the van since retaining possession. Mechanical parts have been serviced at regular intervals. A completely new front to rear Stainless Steel exhaust system was installed. The van comes fitted with five (5) fairly new tires that have very good tread on them. This van is ready to go as is or you can modify to suit your personal or professional needs. The rear passenger area has lots of headroom with ceiling height at Six Foot- One inch (6'1") and floor space of Ten Foot-Eight Inches (10'8") Long X Five Foot-Ten Inches (5'10") Wide. - There is lots of room and most people have no problem standing fully erect. At the rear doors, the van is equipped with a Braun Corporation Chair Lift (model # L1010 Series 2) to accommodate passengers using wheel-chair assistance. The lift operates properly as it should, and has three (3) mechanisms for operation. 1.) A hand held cabled operation switch 2.) An interior operation panel 3.) An operation switch on the handle of the lift, accessible to the person using the lift or an assistant In the rear passenger compartment, there are two (2) lockdown positions to mount the bench seat (a front and a rear position). The bench seat can be positioned in the front or rear position, facing either forward or backward depending on your personal needs and preference. You also have the option of adding a second seat for additional seating capacity. Accessible from the rear passenger area (located over the front seats) there is a large overhead storage area for luggage, or other needed supplies.
