I am sure there is more I am missing - it's loaded! Mechanically, this TL-Type S runs GREAT! Starts, idles, accelerates & shifts as it should! Tracks down the road straight and rides very smooth, suspension is tight, brakes well. A/C blows cold, Heat blows hot. Yes, transmission was replaced under recall, has installed oil jet kit. New brake pads & rotors all the way around within the last 4k mi. New Tune-up & Tranmission Fluid flush. Lots of tread on tires on it now for the upcoming weather - Yokohama iG20 (iceguard) 215/50R17's. All options, buttons,lights, switches & electronics work with the exception of the right side of the front Pass power seat motor - have to manually move forward and backward. The DR rear door actuator sticks 50% of the time and you have to hit unlock an extra time to get it to unlock when it sticks. Other than that, all accessories are known to work - can't think of anything that doesn't other than mentioned. The White Diamond Pearl paint is in great shape - nice pearlescent sparkle in the sun, even though it looks just bright white in photos. There are some areas on rear bumper that were touched up. A few very very light dings (I counted 3) that are barely noticeable and dont detract from appearance. Front bumper cover does have road wear mainly from bugs. Expect use,not perfection - but this Type-S still looks great! The interior is in good shape! The DR seat shows less than average wear (usually these seat/seat bolsters are torn and worn out) - they show some normal leather cracking and one tear on the underside of the seat, but look very good. One small tear one the DR rear seat about half an inch. Carpets are in good shape, leather in good shape, all trim in good shape, dash perfect,etc etc. Used, but not abused! What else can be said? Don't let the mileage scare you - Well maintained, still very sharp-looking TL Type-S with plenty of life and power left! Has another 170k+mi to go - Hondas & Acuras go forever. Most miles are highway - a higher mileage highway driver has alot less wear and tear mechanically than a stop and go/low mileage city driver! If you are expecting a new and perfect car for a used car price, that's not realistic. If expecting a used car at a great price, you will be pleased!
