I am relisting with a lower reserve and it will be the last time it will be offered on ebay. Up for auction is my 1969 VW Beetle in great shape, it doesn't smoke or leak, it is very peppy with good gas mileage. It was repainted in 1998 Savanna Beige L620 and I installed the red interior in 2008. The bug has 97,250 miles and the Single Port 1600cc was replaced in 18July98 and has less than 6000 miles on it. When I car gutted the car I painted Rust Bullet under the foil backed insulation and carpet and on the original great condition floor pan, and in the wheel wells to keep it rust free. The interior has new a headliner in tan, new dash pad, new OG window seals with aluminum trim all around, new German door seals, door cards, e brake boot, pedal pads, retractable seat belts, carpet with coco floor mats. The seats were striped, painted frames & springs, new burlap, foam, and covers. The AM radio works, has two sets of keys that operate everthing, everything works except washer (was going to go electric).New fuel hoses and filter. This car is fun to drive, great on gas, has heat that works very well. The Bug has 5 new BF Goodrich 165R15 radial whitewalls, pop out quarter windows. All glass is good, paint has a few chips. Spare Parts included; Clutch & Accelerator cables, Silicon reuseable Valve Cover & Oil Strainer gaskets, Generator Brushes, Fan Belt, Spark Plugs, Stock and Bilstein jack. Also included is the original owners manual, VW Birth Certificate, and two car covers (inside & all weather). Toy VW not included. I will sell only in the USA. Please serious inquires only. All funds must clear my bank before the VW will be released. The buyer is responsible for all shipping/transport of the VW.
