Up for auction is an exception looking 2002 Subaru WRX clean title rolling chassis. Please note: ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS CAR. I am in the process of removing the stock engine and transmission from this car. I drove this car into my driveway less than a month ago after the transmission starting having issues. It has a current inspection until 2013. As I said it is a beautiful 2002 wrx, It is silver/gray color with a black interior and STI wing and mud flaps. Included is this auction in the entire sound system including large screened Alpine DVD/CD player, both a Eclipse and Kicker amp, as well as a Kicker L5 sub. The speakers are aftermarket as well, but I do not remember the brand. This car has a brand new set of DBA drilled and slotted rotors, and HAWK pads all the way around just a few weeks old. It has a Python alarm system with keyless entry, remote start, and turbo timer. For suspension It has Tokico shocks and lowering springs and Eibach rear roll bar and billet aluminum end links. This car is complete other than engine and transmission, this car has NOT been wrecked or salvaged in any way, it is a clean title car that still runs (until I remove the engine prior to the end of the auction). The wheels were painted black, but have some curb damage, I will provide some undamaged unpainted stock wheels to replace the scraped black ones, one has already been swapped due to a nail in the tire. After the transmission went out, I decided to use the engine components for my other wrx which I'm building for rally duty. The car is was/is an automatic, however I have the parts including; wiring harness, ECU, pedals ect.. to convert it to manual should you so have the desire. The parts are not included in the auction, but I will provide them free of charge to the winning bidder should they request them specifically. It would be very easy to do at this point in the process. This is a perfect candidate for an STI swap, or just put a replacement engine and transmission in and go. This a very tight, proper working clean title chassis with beautiful interior and lots of aftermarket parts. Pictures of the car are as it sits as of today 10/19/12. MUST READ: here are some more intimate details: This WRX is in good shape for its age, it does have some dings/scratches, including a small dent on the hood and passenger fender. It also has some rust spots at the very base of the rear wheel wells from a leaky trunk seal (was fixed when found, that is the only corrosion). Please view the pictures for further specific condition. The STI wing has some cracks and needs some repair, the entire interior is in very good shape, the only damage I noted was a small scratch on the passenger door panel that ends in small puncture. The black wheels have some curbing, I will provide unpainted stock wheels to replace them. The headlights provided will be the stock headlights, and not the headlights pictures. The PIAA fog lights and mounting bar are included, but not the factory fog lights. You have your choice of a blue 2.5rs hood or the factory hood, however the scoop is not included with the factory silver hood. No exhaust included. This is a unique situation to get an amazing project car for very cheap to build it the way you want. That is the extent of parts removed. Also, there was a mistake in the auction; The shocks are Koni and the springs are Eibach. There is also 2007 center console installed, and gauge pods with gauges, however the gauges were never connected.
