Up for auction is a 1995 Ford E150 Hi-TOP Mark III Conversion Van. A classic collectible, all original with original MARK III conversion van modifications. This van is in EXCELLENT shape for it's age. 74,510 original miles! Features include power locks, CRUISE, dual A/C (separate controls for both), TV, DVD player, MARK III flashlight, MARK III vacuum, and original MARK III first-aid kit. Van comes complete with all original MARK III books, keys, remotes. (note: I have the original VCR player, that is still operational removed and upgraded to a DVD, but it is included with sale). The van comes with a complete and functional alarm system and REMOTE AUTO START (I added the auto-start, not part of the MARK III package: WORKS GREAT). All accessories work great: cruise control, A/C (front and rear), CD player (although this van was designed during the pre-sub-woofer days, so the "bass" is weak), TV and VCR. All hookups to the TV operate correctly. Interior is in GREAT shape, all seats have full cushion (no "flat"spots or major wear), and recline as needed. Rear bed operates correctly. All window shades intact and operate smoothly. Motor runs strong, no leaks. all engine accessories operate correctly, dual A/C is ICE cold in both "zones". Brakes, ABS, transmission operate properly. I have noticed a "dime" size leak from the transmission after every trip. I am suspecting the trans pan gasket may need replacing, simply due to age. This is a really nice van that i used to vacation a 3 kid family from NY to S. Carolina, it WAS NOT A DAILY driver, simply a vacation getaway. We are upgrading to a Holiday Rambler CLASS A RV, and hate to part with our vacation van.. There is NO RUST on the outside (or inside :) ) of the vehicle, as I have tried to maintain the appearance, care, and engine maintenance (oil change every 3000 miles). Paint and graphics are still strong, but 17 yrs. old. The MARK III graphics are still available for purchase online There is some chrome discoloration on the front bumper: not rust, simply the chrome has "peeled" off. An eventual goal was to have the bumper re-chromed and the graphics replaced. Does not affect the performance of the van in any way.TIRES are GOODYEAR WRANGLER ALL SEASON with about 10K miles on them: provide a "quiet" ride, yet offer aggressive traction in inclement weather. THIS VAN WILL NEED THE FLOOR CARPETS cleaned. They have "vacation" wear (no rips), just in and out use by kids. A good interior detail will make this VAN from "good" to "immaculate". I would have done this myself, but my RV is being delivered next Friday, I have no time. This van has a classic and collectible value, that it is too nice to turn into a "flea market" hauler or a general home depot dump truck. Mark III is no longer in business, however, any and all parts can be obtained from EASTCOASTAUTOTOYS (as they have bought out a lot of the MARK III accessories and parts). As a 70's "van" kid, I feel that this van will appreciate in value eventually, and I will regret selling it. You are welcome to come inspect and or drive the van prior to bidding. CRUISE control works perfect: it is precise and does not "bog" or over correct itself. It is smooth and holds arrow steady. 2. Oil pressure, water temp, voltage gauges all report NORMAL readings. 3. NO CHECK ENGINE or AIR BAG lights. Lights come on during "self check" during startup and extinguish immediately. 4. This van can be driven anywhere as it runs and drives great. 5. I prefer cash AFTER the deposit, however, I will accept PAYPAL.
