Vehicle Detail
1967 MUSTANG FASTBACK A CODE 289-4V FROM THE FACTORY 1967 Mustang Fastback A Code 289-4V in original un-restored condition with all original sheet metal and body panels. This 1967 Mustang Fastback is a 45 year old unmolested survivor. The center console and fold down rear seat are original options to the car. The car spent most of its life in Florida which explains the rust free body. The interior of this fastback is also original and un-restored which is hard to believe when you look at it. The photographs speak for themselves. The car currently has Shelby ten spoke wheels with new tires on it however the original styled steel wheels and tires shown in the photographs are included in the sale. The car also comes with an OEM Ford Signal light hood. There is also an NOS (new old stock) FORD deck lid that is included with the sale of the car since the original deck lid has a very slight amount of corrosion on the rear lip and since the rest of the car is rust free I wanted a perfect deck lid for the car which I will pass on to the new owner. This 1967 Fastback runs and drives as excellent as it looks, mechanically it needs nothing. These Fastbacks in general are getting harder and harder to find however Fastbacks such as this one in original un-restored condition like this are practically extinct. The un-restored original cars are the ones that the true collectors are clamoring for at the auctions like Barrett-Jackson and Mecums. This car would probably sell in excess of $40,000.00 at one of those auctions. I wish I had the time and wherewithal to get that done but I just can’t do that at this time due to my injury. If you are seriously interested in the car and would like to discuss it further please feel free to email me via e-bay email or call me at 914.774.5478. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
