I have a 1988 M3 with a 98 Euro Spec M3 with a manual 6 speed transmission. The body is solid bt needs a paint job. It is currently vinyl wrapped in matte black. The exhaust is not the right one for the car, needs one with O2 sensor holes in it. The car runs great. The body has no dents but the numbers do not match. When I got the car the front fenders were all beat up from scratches and some dents so instead of hammering and bondo I bought new ones. The same with the hood. The interior is in fair shape, there is only one rip in the leather and its not really a rip but a seperation of the seam. Everything works on the car, windows, locks, lights stereo. I love the car and do not need to sell it but I am getting stationed overseas for the next 3 years and dont want to see it sit in storage when someone could show it some love. With that being said, if I get what i want I will sell it, if not, it will get stored until I return.
