This is a wonderful car. I bought it three years ago when it had approximately 39k miles from a dealer and it has been great. I would keep it for many more years, but I am buying a larger car (Q7) due to a growing family. I have done all of the maintenance at the dealer, Peter Pan BWM in San Mateo. The car is in great shape, except for a few small scratches, a chip on the windshield (repaired, but noticeable), some scratches on the wheels and a cut on the interior seat. All are very minor and I would not bother to have repaired. I have photographed all of these that I noticed and have included a penny nearby to give an indication of their relatively small size. Also, all four tires were purchased in the last year and have under 10k miles on them (photos of the tires and tread). Please email if you have questions on the car of its condition. I work in Burlingame and keep the car on the top level of the Donnelly St. garage. Feel free to come by at any point and look at it, but let me know ahead of time so that I'm sure to be in when come by. I can meet and sell the car at my office in Burlingame, right by the Burlingame Caltrain, or any Caltrain between Palo Alto and Millbrae (or Millbrae Bart). You're getting a great car. I love it but need to sell it as I'm moving to a bigger car. No reserve, so it'll go at whatever price it's there at. Noah
