I purchased this truck about one year ago for a dependable winter vehicle since I am on call 24/7 for work in the winter months. I am in the process of moving within walking distance of work and I no longer need it. I had the truck completely gone through by a reputable mechanic and the following repairs were made last November: new rear wheel seals changed gear oil in rear end i new rear wheel cylinder new brake shoes new valve cover gaskets/ upper intake gaskets new master cylinder new power steering pump new thermostat new temp sensor replaced passenger side window motor new torque convertor and bushing, transmission serviced and filled with synthetic fluid underside of body panels were all cleaned, prepped, and coating with multiple coats of hi-quality undercoating installed 4 Goodyear Wrangler MTR tires THE COST OF THESE REPAIRS WELL EXCEEDED $2500.00 The truck starts, runs, and drives well and doesn't seem to smoke or use any oil. The mechanic noted that the engine was extremely clean when the valve cover gaskets were replaced. There are a few dents and dings, most notable the drivers side door was damaged when I purchased the truck. While it opens and shuts ok, I purchased a pair of good used doors for the truck and have not yet installed them. The wing window will have to be changed to the new replacement door, otherwise the doors are complete including matching interior panels and switches. There are a couple of small indidentals including a broken latch on the rear sliding window, part of one of the rear jump seats is missing, and the seat upholstery shows some wear. I will note that there is a small area under the passenger side of the extended cab that has some rust and bubbling paint, about 6 " in length. The truck is equipped with a Reese hitch, however I have never towed anything with it. I have taken a number of pictures that I feel represent the vehicle accurately but feel free to ask for more if you like. You seldom see trucks of this year and condition(especially extended cab) come up on ebay..............so good luck bidding!!!!
