1971 Karmann Ghia Convertable. As you can see by the pictures, this one NICE Ghia convertible! Stock 1600cc dual port engine with very recent oil change and complete tune-up, including having the valves adjusted. The motor has lots of power and doesn't smoke. Transmission was recently rebuilt and works terrific. The brakes where done just 2k miles ago. Paint looks good, no dents, scratches etc. New weave interior on door panels and carpet. Seats were redone too. The top is the original with the rear glass, not plastic, and is in great condition considering this car is 41 years old! No tears or repairs. Drive wonderfully, nice and solid. Take it up to 75-80 MPH and it doesn't wobble or shake. Just had an alignment done recently, too. Really drives wonderfully! I can't say enough about this Ghia. Definetely an attention getter, we're always getting compliments! Has been garaged and only taken out on nice days. Clock and wiper fluid doesn't work, typical for the older VWs. ZERO RUST! The pans and heater channels are beautiful. More pictures upon request. I have receipts and documents to back up everything for the car. Please don't hesitate to ask questions.
