1980 Chrysler C22 sloop swing keel. Mast and standing rigging, boom, mainsail ,two winches, sliding galley sink/stove, tiller, deck hardware, Motor bracket, swim ladder, generous stowage in cockpit and below. During the inspection of this boat I found no structural damage to hull or deck or evidence of sinking. The boat was abandoned in the marina by its owner and the marina has taken title. The winner of the auction will receive New York State Title free and clear of all liens. The boat is being sold AS IS AND WHERE IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE, subject only to this description and the photos. No physical inspection prior to sale permitted. The mailsail is there but its condition not reviewed although it appears serviceable. There appears to have been some work done on the rudder that was left incomplete; all the parts appear to be present. The winner will have 10 days of free storage after the auction and the marina will also load the boat free on the owners trailer or truck.
