LETS TRY THIS AGAIN... THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IM LISTING THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE HIGHEST BIDDER "ACCIDENTALLY" BID AND WON. HE DIDNT WANT AND WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE CAR YET HE "ACCIDENTALLY" BID EVEN THOUGH EBAY ASKS YOU LIKE 3 TIMES IF YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO BID BEFORE PLACING THE BID. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD IM BEGGING YOU FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU HAVE IF YOU DO NOT WANT, DO NOT NEED OR ARE NOT INTERSTED IN THIS HONDA ACCORD THEN DO NOT PLACE A F****** BID!!!!!!!!!! I WILL ACCEPT A "REASONABLE" OFFER PLEASE DONT INSULT ME... READ THE AUCTION ENTIRELY BEFORE MAKING THAT OFFER. Up for auction is my 1992 Honda Accord EX with 88,641miles on it. I bought this car about 2 years ago with plans of creating a sleeper (stock appearing performance enhanced and fast). I had a car just like this one when I was in high school and it was the reason I got into cars and became a mechanic. The previous owners were an elderly Pennsylvania couple that rarely drove the car and gave it to their son and he put it on ebay. I drove it regularly 40 miles every day while I was restoring it. Since purchasing the car I have put around 14,000 miles on it and during this time I have been slowly repairing and restoring it. These Hondas are very reliable and extremely fuel efficient. Unfortunately my financial situation has taken a severe turn for the worse and I no longer have the time or money to continue. The car has been sitting at my in laws house in their drive way outside for just over 7 months (another reason I have to sell it). My loss is your gain as I have already completed alot of major work on the car. HERE’S THE GOOD; (REPLACED, NEWPARTS) Brand New Battery Purchased and Installed 10/09/2012 Water pump, water pump belt and tensioner Timing belt and tensioner Upper and Lower radiator hoses Spark plugs and wires Distributor cap and rotor Valve cover gasket and tube seals Fuel filter Oil pressure sensor / switch Oil filter cooler/adapter seal Fuel pump starter relay Negative ground cable Positive and negative battery terminals Front wheel bearings Tie rods Front and Rear Rotors and Brake Pads Rear brake caliper slide bolts Power antenna and motor Sony explode aftermarket stereo head unit Tinted windows with 8” front visor tint Front door interior handles Front custom clear marker and corner lenses Windshield washer pump lines and high volume spray nozzles Custom built trunk and spare tire compartment Also included with the auction but not installed on the car (in the trunk)!!!!!!!!! Exhaust system; headers, straight pipe and catalytic converter Exhaust bypass valve Original marker lenses Stock muffler Rear door handle set Prestige Remote Start Alarm with 2 remotes and 2 keys I changed the oil and filter every 3000 miles... I do that with all my vehicles and have never had any engine issues at all. AND NOW FOR THE BAD; Body and Paint, obviously from the pictures it has the notorious Honda rust The windshield has a split at the very top (will pass inspection NYS DMV CR-79.21 p.44) Driver side rear view mirror was broken (temporarily repaired with 3 long screws) ABS light is on (will pass inspection NYS DMV CR-79.21 p.37) Oil light flickers and sometimes stays on due to cheap aftermarket oil pressure switch (my bad) Exhaust flex pipe is broken causing loud exhaust (New exhaust system included with auction) Slight water leak at passenger side floor (only at the carwash or heavy rain days) Rear windows do not operate Missing cruise control buttons Thermostat housing leak caused transmission shift solenoid to short out, causing transmission to stay in limp mode and dash panel error message. It needs a new thermostat with the seal and the transmission shift solenoid to correct this problem. Both repairs and parts can be fairly easy and inexpensive. I can get a total of $785 at the junkyard for scrap and for the extra parts, but I have put so much work and effort into it that I would much rather see it go to someone who can appreciate, benefit from and finish it. And honestly speaking I’m hoping to get a little bit more for it, God knows I need it. Most sellers wouldn’t list all of the bad (with a buyer beware warning) as this brings down the potential price and bidders at auction but I am a firm believer in karma and the philosophy of honestly being the best policy. I have been scammed before in the past so I know how it feels and I wouldn’t want to be the cause of someone else’s anguish. I have listed with the best of my ability all that I know for sure is wrong with the car. With a vehicle of this age other issues and or problems can and may occur. This car is nowhere near being complete and does need much more TLC. The car runs and drives great and strong but the NYS inspection has expired and it has been sitting outside for about 7 months. This vehicle is also being sold locally and I reserve the right to end the auction suddenly if I receive a good offer for it. As with many auctions on ebay this vehicle is being SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CASH IN THE AMOUNT LISTED AT END OF AUCTION. PICK UP ONLY. Text me only if your serious about buying the car (646-734-7386) or if you want to make special arrangements with me to view it since I do not live were the car is currently kept. Thank You and Good Luck Bidding!!!
