This is a 1965 Dodge Dart G/T drive train 225 six cylinder auto on the floor. This 65 Dart runs very good and shifts great. The body is very straight with no rust. I repaired the roof where there were a few pin holes with POR15 and I repaired the passenger floor pan where there were also some pin holes. I filled in these areas with POR15 and it worked great. All glass is in great shape except the driver windshield has a crack at one corner. The hood is missing its locking mechanism. It latches but does not close properly. The back seats are missing and all the trim items are in the trunk. Some one was in the process of restoring car and lost interest. This car was purchased by me from a wreaking yard. It is a salvage car. I went down to the DMV and started all the paper work. I paid $150.00 to put it in my name but its not complete yet. Whoever purchases the car has to have a official brake and light adjustment certificate issued by licensed inspection station. Also, it will need a vin verification by a peace officer. I went down the the CHP to verified the Vin they could not do it. C.H.P said that I have to do the brake lights inspection first then they can verify the vin.
