Avid Triumph collector, restorer and admirer now selling 1959 Triumph TR3A having owned since 1990. Wife is claiming back her garage space! Needing its' own space as well, I also have a 1969 TR6 that has been with us forever and no, it not for sale!! With over $24000 invested, this classic Triumph recently and meticulously restored. New floor pans and sills installed. Prior to painting complete tub and frame bead blasted. Engine re-built and upgraded to 2133cc with rear main seal conversion kit fitted. Other upgrades: Pertronic electronic ignition, spin-on oil filter adaptor, all synchro gearbox as per TR4 as well as new gas tank, radiator and wiring harness. All new interior to include carpet, door panels with recovered dash and professionally recovered seats. Added extra: inertia 3-point seat belts and twin spot lamps. In addition to new convertible top, tonneau cover, hood stick boot cover, side curtains, windwings, brightwork new and/or replated along with professional front-wheel alignment. Current speedometer showing mileage of 93339 by older engine, less than 1000 miles on rebuilt engine. Vehicle to be sold "AS IS" with no warranty.
