I TOOK CAR TO TOP BODY and ENGINE SHOP D & M Corvette in Downers Grove, IL, Spent $10k going through the motor, wiring, new gas tank, brakes, engine compartment, drums, fuel line, radiator core, battery mount, battery, master cylinder, and carburator!! My Loss your gain. Has original radio and clock but neither currently work. INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL AND CLEAN. PAINT IS NOT ORIGINAL, could use new paint. OVERALL, FAIR CONDITION, (20 footer), NEEDS JUST A LITTLE WORK TO BE A GEM. Stock Automatic 2 Speed, Powerglide V8 283.What it needs: Needs very little, fix turn signal, paint speedo, Steering wheel is original top of ring is broke, some of the exterior stainless and chrome shows wear, I bought matching locks and ignition but haven't installed, the gear pattern on ODO doesn't match actual gear pattern, after transmission was replaced but car comes with 2nd ODO, has some rust on bottom of doors, outer rockers, and in trunk by wheel well, right rear shock tower has been welded, that's about it.Overall fair condition, sounds great, looks great, starts right up, fun to drive.
