Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 2000 Suzuki SV650 Cafe Racer. This is an awesome cafe racer. It needs nothing. I ride it to work at least once a week. It is light, powerful and relliable. I bought this bike about 2 years ago with the intentions of creating a unique bike and I think that it is a success. Wherever I take it I get people asking me about it. But I now have one too many bikes in my garage. sthart off it has 20292 miles and has never given me any problems at all. One of the coolest things is that all of the modifications could be reversed by replacing the custom subframe and seat with stock units that are inexpensive and readilly available on Ebay. List of modifications: Custom painted red with creme stripe and black tracer (Great colors for any OU football fan) Fastback seat by RocCity Cafe Racers Custom rear subframe Custom undertail Shorai lithiun battery (light and powerful!) Custom side mount tag bracket w/ LED tag light New tail light and micro turn signals Rear shock upgraded to a 2008 Kawasaki ZX10 shock ( bolted right in) Forks upgaded w/ Race Tech springs, new seals and fluid Brake pads replaced w/ Volar high performance pads and braided lines up front The M4 Titanium exhaust was sent to Jet Hot Coatings for a black ceramic coating and the big silencer was replaced w/ a stainless steel reverse cone unit from Cone Engineering (the titanium silencer goes w/ the bike) Tires were replaced when I bought it and are in great shape Replaced radiator cap w/ one that has a temp gauge built in Stock locking fuel cap was replaced w/ a screw on one that I think looks cleaner (original cap is included) New O ring chain and sprockets Footpeg relocators (moves them up and back about 1 1/2") Aluminum drag handlbars This is truely a modern cafe racer. It is light, powerful and handles great, just as a cafe racer should. Fast and looks great getting there. The riding position is not too radical so it is very comfortable while still being sporty. Note: The last photo has some white spots. They are not on the bike. Possibly a reflection.
