Thank you for visiting. This is a beautiful car, well restored except for the undercarriage which didn't need it since it is in excellent condition (see photos). This 1957 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible is in its original Mountain Laurel (pink) color. The beautiful rose trim interior with white canvas top renders this classic simply gorgeous. Matching VIN and engine numbers. Seat cushions, side panels, carpets, top canvas all restored or replaced as necessary during restoration. A few additional details: car looks and runs beautifully; original owner added Cadillac cassette radio unit, we had gas gauge rebuilt but still sticks at empty at times; electronic fuel pump added for quicker starting but easily can be removed by new owner. Bumpers were last plated in 1970 and 1979. Engine rebuilt in 1983. Car restored by second owner in 1996. Transmission rebuilt in 2002. Dice tire stem and door lock caps have been added (one is missing) and the hanging dice are included. VIN & Engine Numbers match: 5762092882 Style Number 57-6267X Body Number FW 6346 Trim # 25A KA Top4 ACC EHY Body by Fisher This incredible 1957 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible was built and marketed with an amazing selection of cutting edge (for that time) luxury features, including power windows, power seats, stereo radio (cassette added by original owner), power brakes, power steering, dual back-up lights, power canvas top, dual speed wipers and windshield washer (not functional in this car but original glass reservoir canister is intact), and power trunk hood. Also included is a 1 pint unopened can of matching paint we ordered 3 years ago but haven't used: very few nicks in the paint - a couple of very small ones (2-3mm) near the headlights. Regarding the 3 "booklets" shown in one of the pictures. The small one in the lower position is the owners manual, the top one is a folded poster of Cadillacs available that year and the middle one is merely an enlarged copy of the owners manual. This last one, the one in the middle with the brown cover is no longer available as it was misplaced (or "lifted" recently - hasn't been recovered.) In its place, we are providing a Cadillac 1957 shop manual = a $35.00+ value. Please note that we are not dealers and are the third owner of this classic 1957 Cadillac convertible. By no means are we experts on this or any other car. We originally purchased this for our own enjoyment and have maintained this pink beauty in very good working condition.
