2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Extended Cab Long Bed 4x4 1-Owner Commercial Fleet Lease Company Truck with Extensive Service History, Runs/Drives Very Well, Clean History, Good Rubber, Great Heavy Duty Workhorse! year 2008 drive train 4x4 make Chevrolet ext color White model K2500HD int color Grey sub model Extra Cab Long Box 4x4 vin 1GCHK29K78E111205 engine 6.0 Liter Vortec V8 mileage 202890 transmission Automatic OD stock # AC11882 about This is a 1-owner commercial fleet lease company truck we purchased here locally in Denver. It was used as a service truck and has some mileage, but it's been under fleet maintenance and still looks pretty nice and runs/drives very well. The truck is aptly equipped, everything works, has good tires, and it comes with extensive service documentation on the Carfax. This is a great workhorse, tow rig, or daily driver for someone that needs a tough one and doesn't want to spend a fortune. exterior The paint and body on this guy are very presentable for having some mileage and being used for work. It's been in Colorado all its' life and we don't salt the roads in winter. There's no body rust. The wheel covers are new and look nice; tires have good tread all the way around and they're not choppy. The windshield is fine, no cracks. The doors open and close fine, tailgate works properly, and it has a nice brush guard. The paint looks original. It has a clean history report, no accidents. The truck has some road wear on the lower rockers that we touched up a bit after the photos. It's not an oil field truck per say, but it has seen some dirt roads. The inside of the bed is stained and has some wear, not from hauling very heavy objects, just from normal use. We installed the liner. The truck hasn't had a hitch in the bed, just the receiver below the bumper. The truck got in a tangle with something down the right side. You can see the bumper corner is scuffed, right rear door has a small crease, little thin crease on the right rear fender front, rear lower rocker, and the right rear bumper is bumped in a hair. It's really not too noticeable, especially in the sun, but we don't like surprises. If the truck had 50k miles, we'd probably shoot the side, replace the bumpers and fix it, but this is a work truck and again, it's not too obvious. The photos document the truck well, certainly just fine for duty. Have a look! interior The interior is pretty clean and has been well detailed. On trucks like this, our guys typically pull everything out except the dash and door panels, and they clean it and put it back together. They just come out better that way. The truck is a fairly basic model, does have cloth upholstery, nice cold air, built in brake controller, cruise, and cd player. Everything works. The upholstery is fine, no rips or bad stains, has a few little discolored spots here and there. The drivers floor panel has a worn spot, I'm sure we can dig up some floor mats somewhere. mechanical This was a fleet maintained truck and it came in looking and running very well. Carfax shows 61 service records for the vehicle with a large add to value they attribute. You can read through what was done, plenty of fluid and driveline flushes, probably a barrel+ of oil, brakes, suspension, etc. They definitely kept up on it, so when I got in to drive the truck and it ran out smooth and civilized, I wasn't surprised. This guy has been through our shop. We changed the oil, filter, replaced an exhaust doughnut, and took care of a few other details. It came in with the check engine light on, as in the photos, for an old evap code. It was likely a loose fuel cap, we checked the fuel cap seal, cleared the light, and it hasn't come back on. It's dirty underneath, not caked completely in mud, but dirty. It's not a leaker, just a little crusty seepage. Everything is full, belt is good, hoses fine, 4x4 works as it should and tranny is responsive. It's a truck you can just get in and go, probably has another 150k easy, more if you take care of it the way the first company did. These trucks are super tough and this guy has almost all freeway mileage. Fly in and drive home anywhere. comments This is a tough truck and a sound buy. We guarantee original miles and clean title. Masters reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle, even when the reserve has been met. Masters also reserves the right to end the auction early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions. It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes at our dealership, but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $199 transfer and handling fee for local residents only. It costs us more money to sell vehicles locally and this fee is non-negotiable. Out of state buyers are charged no extra fees at all, what you bid is what you pay. Again, all vehicles are for sale locally, and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned, the buy it now option is always a good idea. In very rare instances, (once or twice in over a thousand transactions), the vehicle is being sold locally while someone has pressed the buy it now. You're welcome to call before you bid, we thank you, Happy EBaying! Masters Collection 10672 S.
