Vehicle Detail
Well, let's try this again. PRICE REDUCED to well under bluebook for this AWESOME TRUCK. No reserve. It is what it is. PLEASE: NO RIDICULOUSLY LOWBALL OFFERS, OR MESSAGES ASKING TO BUY THIS VEHICLE OUTSIDE OF EBAY. I WILL NOT ANSWER. BEFORE you ask questions, PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION. AUTOCHECK HAS NOT CAUGHT UP. CLEAR TITLE IS IN HAND. This Tacoma had been repossessed and certified used when I bought it from Maita Toyota in Sacramento with 24,000 miles on it, and it’s been a love story ever since. I’m ONLY selling it because I need an SUV with more inside space. I‘ll be sorry to see it go. I totally depend on my vehicle, so I’ve always maintained it at the highest level possible. Just did oil/lube/filter, which I always do every 3,000 miles no matter what. Recently performed major service with new timing belt/water pump, new belts, new catalytic that just passed smog, drained and refilled automatic transmission (no risky flush!). I had an extended 100,000 mile Toyota Certified Gold warranty that I ran into the ground, including a replacement power steering pump, and throttle body assembly replaced at 57,000. The only known mechanical defect is a slight click in the right passenger power window. It hasn’t been worth replacing, and could last another 100,000 miles for all I know. Features: · SR5 TRD package with Bilstein shocks, rear differential lock, ABS, front driver and passenger air bags, air conditioning, power windows, cold weather package (beefier alternator). I removed the TRD decals because I thought it looked better, though you can still see the outline on the left rear quarter panel. For some reason they applied the decal BEFORE the clear coat on the left side only. Don’t know why. · Toyota CD/AM/FM/cassette · Viper 350 HV alarm with motion sensor, engine kill, valet switch, multiple keyfobs · Stock rims, McGard anti-theft lug locks, full-size spare under the bed, and brand new BF Goodrich Rugged Trail tires. I took these tires off the SUV I just bought because I wanted to keep my BF Goodrich T/A KOs. Sorry. · Adjustable rear suspension Air Lift Ride Control air bags, installed by Off Road Unlimited in Burbank to act like a sway bar. They can also manage heavy loads, though I never carried anything heavier than tools and my motorcycles. · Class III trailer hitch with wiring harness, which I only used to tow a small motorcycle trailer. · Rack It 5000 series headache rack with twin adjustable antenna mounts · Side-mounted Delta Champ aluminum tool boxes, wire brushed to reduce glare. · Rhino lining in bed and tailgate. On top of the tailgate rhino lining, I also put the original plastic bedliner as “sacrifice” protection. · Heavy-duty transfer case skid plate, which I had torqued on by a mechanic · Stock front skid plate plus second Toyota chin skid plate I just had the truck thoroughly detailed inside and out. The interior is in great condition. There is slight wear on the dash where my hand rests while using my GPS, some scratches in the interior plastic, a few spots on the back fold up seat cushions, and a few small spots in the front seats and door fabric where the first owner probably let a cigarette ash land. I don’t smoke, so that was the last time this happened. There is a tear in the back of the passenger seat that was also there when I bought the truck, but I never noticed it because I always had sheepskins on the seats. The paint is in generally great condition, and I’ve always used a resin glaze polish to protect it. There are some pits and scratches from 8 years of use, especially on and around the tailgate/rear end. I’ve kept up with these by using touch-up paint to prevent corrosion. The front bumper chrome is in excellent condition, with a single small dimple dead center. There’s also an almost unnoticeable dimple in the center of the hood that was there when I bought the truck. The windshield has some minuscule pitting from a sand truck with an uncovered load in front of me on the freeway, though I only notice it when driving into direct sun. It’s been years, and I never felt the need to replace it. I know of no other issues with this excellent vehicle, and I’m offering it for sale AS IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. I will try my best to answer any questions as quickly and accurately as possible. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
