Inside the passenger side door is a metal plate that reads SMAIL, Pleasantville, NJ - you can google this and will be able to see a picture of the dealership where this truck was purchased at one time.These trucks are getting hard to find. It has an extra front suspension and some extra parts as shown in the pictures. It does need body work, engine work, the tires are flat and do not hold air - it needs a total restoration.
