This truck is one of my customers. He has had it for about 8 years and now wants to sell it. The truck is reliable and has never given him any issues. The original flathead runs well with its 1bbl carb and manual choke. The 4 speed trans works well and does not leak. The truck has been restored some years back and the body is showwing that. In a couple of places the rust repair has come through but over all the truck is still a good looking vehicle. The interior was also restored and has held up well the seat is a tan looking material and is in great shape with no rips or stains. There is a rubber floor mat in this truck that is in good shape. The dash is in good shape all the gauges work but the temp gauge reads higher than the motor temp really is. The speedo says 49804 for miles and I have no way to prove it or disprove it the truck came from a florist in vermont when my customer purchased it they used it for events to deliver. The glass is good but the vent windows are starting to bubble around the frame area and will need to be changed at some point. The bed floor is wood and in good shape no rotted boards or anything like that just a little sanding and some clear and it should look new again. The exhaust is a dual system with glass pack mufflers for that cool msound, but there is an exhaust leak up in front by the motor just a littl sound not very loud. There is 4 radial tires in great shape maybe we did them about 4 years ago but not many miles. Also turn signals have been added and they work fine. Te truck is in good shape but is not a perfect show vehicle you can get in and drive it around and use it.
