Vehicle Detail

This is an early issue (Sept.1971) 1972 Challenger. First all of the features. It has a Rallye Hood, Rebuilt 360 engine (1972 also by the serial numbers on engine) engine has competition heads and the crank has been shaved .010. Comes with a 650 Holley. Engine has been cleaned and painted during rebuild. Has new high output starter and various other new parts. Transmission is a 727 Torque Flight ( Very Nice!). The exhaust is ok with steel competition mufflers.( They sound great too!) It has a new gas tank with new sending unit. Has new air shocks and a new front end. All ball joints, tie rods, and upper control arm bushings have been replaced. It has all new brake lines and wheel cylinders and a new master cylinder. Interior isnt bad at all for a 1972. The front seats are leather and need redone. The back seat is in really good shape with no holes or breaks along with the top of the back seat under the back glass.(Has two Jensen 6x9s that work great!) Head liner is good. Comes with aluminum slot rims but I have the original Rallye rims for the lucky buyer with center caps and rings if wanted.(We'll talk!) Also have a brand new electronic distributor in the box if interested! I kept points to keep it original. Now whats needed. The car is drivable. It is also tagged. The frame is in good shape up front where it counts and in the back. All the doors work. All the glass is in original state and great shape! The Body: The quarter panels, front fenders and one of the bottoms on the door skins needs fixed. It needs floor pans but not trunk pan.The firewall and front clip have been undercoated and inside the fenders. Ive seen frames and empty bodies go for $4500. This is definitely a collector car and could be something to hand down to your kids and grandkids when finished! This Mopar will make someone a very happy person! It still turns some heads drivin down the road! Happy Bidding!!
