For sale is a 1980 Mercedes-Benz 450 SLC. The last year of production for this particular model (C107). This car is a 5 seater, non-convertible. Comes with ALL service records since 1983, and the User's Manual on a CD. This car is a daily driver, and performs without any hindrance.Transmission was rebuilt about a year and a half ago, as was a majority of the plastic/rubber engine parts that are known to cause problems. The timing belt was also replaced recently. Again, the service records are on hand if you have any questions. Car just recently passed smog on August 30th, 2012. The tires are relatively new. The paint job has minuscule flaws. The stereo system is USB Flash Drive/iPod/Android compatible. The first aid kid is still in the back, as is the original spare tire and jack. The sunroof slides back with ease. The A/C blows cold. Radiator works perfectly. This car is in great condition, with the only flaws being: the driver-side back passenger window doesn't work. The interior is minimally worn out and I have thrown on seat covers. The transmission fluid has a leak, so you must watch your fluid and fill it if necessary. Not a big problem, takes about 2 minutes. The odometer stopped working in the previous owner's possession at 166K, he estimates to have put around 40,000 miles on it, and I have put around ~300 on it.
