1968 Chevy Caprice 4 Door Station Wagon with 78,142 Original Miles. Originally purchased on June 17, 1968 by James Lively of Charlestown, WV. Mr. Lively obviously kept the wagon in a garage, because the overall condition would warrant such an assumption. The wagon is still painted its original color of palomino white, and still boasts it’s flawless original dark saddle all vinyl interior. I removed one and half coils from the front coil springs to lower the front end a couple of inches. This enhances the big and little tire combo plus giving it a better overall appearance and stance. By using 17 inch rims and not 20’s the overall ride is not harsh and you cannot tell the car is lowered while driving, especially when pulling in and out of parking lots. Nothing scraps or rubs. Good Hot Rod look! I’ve installed brand new Rocket Booster Hyper Shot’s with new Nitto tires. The tire sizing along with the proper backspacing is the best combo for overall ride quality. This gives the owner the ability for long haul cruising in ultimate reliability and comfort.
