I have for sale my 1987 Mustang GT, I bought this car in spring and was looking for a clean foxbody for quite sometime. I found this one in Illinois and went and picked it up the next day. The cars body is really clean and the paint job looks great and shines shines really well. The car is not perfect as it has been driven, so some normal rock chips and very minute imperfections but as a whole its great. The previous owner replaced the trim and the weatherstripping and there is no wind noise when the windows are shut which is quite rare in my experiance with these cars. The interior is very clean, the previous owner put a rear seat delete kit in. Speakers sound good and are powered by a 7 inch touch screen that flips up when you turn on the car or it can be closed and operated like a normal face plate. I just replaced the shifter boot with a new hurst shifter boot because it was dry and cracked it matches the hurst shifter and white shifter knob. It has three autometer gauges on the A-pillar and the oil pressure is hooked up and the others need to be hooked up. There is a functional shift light that can be set to a specific rpm you choose. The front seats are nice Scat racing seats and look great. The dash board and carpet is in fantastic shape and so are the door panels and headliner. The car shifts very nice, I just had a professional shop pull the tranny and replace the rear main seal with a teflon seal and the readjusted everything and flushed the transmission so that aspect of the car is good to go (have receipt). While it was in the shop I had them install a new starter due to the original starter getting weak(have receipt). The car drives fantastic for a car of this age, runs straight down the road and turns on a dime. Brakes are right there, previous owner just had the front discs replaced along with new pads. As far as the motor goes it was fully rebuilt 10,000 miles ago by the previous owner and runs very well. The car has 8K HID headlights and regular lights both powered into the light switches so you can choose what lights you want. The car has newer fuzion tires and 17 inch black cobra R rims. The engine has gt40 heads,E303 cam, 1.6 roller rockers, trick flow intake, msd distributer and ignition, ford racing headers to x pipe to dual flowmasters.
