GENERALThis BMW is being sold "AS-IS", a vehicle that needs work. While the car starts and runs, it smokes and shakes a bit while doing so. The source of the problem seems to be a cylinder #6 misfire. Naturally, the engine light is on. This is something that they buyer would have to look into. Otherwise, the car is coated with a silver paint and features black stripe accents. The comfort, safety, and performance of this BMW are unsurpassed by any other competitors in its class! EXTERIORThe exterior on this 323i is in decent shape. With thorough examination you may find that the bumper is slightly damaged (see pictures). You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the car but some things might go unseen to me.
I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles! You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions. I also suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area). I do my best to post everything I know about the vehicles I sell. If there is something unclear, please ASK rather than assume! I will always do my best to clear everything up prior to a sale!
Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.
Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.
A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.
A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!
Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit then you will need to pay with either Cash, Cretified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer
