This is a great vehicle. It's passed inspection and is registered in NY State. It drives well. The interior has been completely redone. It has a 107 hp 248 cu. in. Dynaflash 8 engine, with its original electric clock, fog lights, a heater and radio. The car has a new battery, new fuel pump and a rebuilt carburetor. It has been garaged most of it's life. Because it started life in Utah, it is relatively rust-free. An errant ladder scraped the paint on one fender, as you can see in the photo, but didn't do structural damage. This car is sold in "as is" condition without any warranty or guarantee being expressed or implied. Please note that this is a 74 year old car, and therefore is not a new vehicle, and expect that the vehicle has normal aging and wear. Auction winner is responsible to make a $500.00 deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of end of auction. Balance of purchase price is payable within 7 days of end of auction in cash or certified funds. Title will not be released until full payment of purchase price has cleared sellers/owners bank.
