The car was boosted for about a year and it made 250 horsepower on stock engine internals (b16a2). The engine was then rebuilt. The rebuild consisted of adding performance internal parts (pistons and rods), so the engine previously had 45,000 miles but now has internals that have been run for under 200 miles. I brought it back to stock so it would pass inspection and hopefully be easier to sell. It has passed inspection but some tuning still remains to get the car back to peak performance due to the compression from the performance pistons. The car may also need a new battery as the current one has a hard time holding a charge. The car accelerates slowly, due to the lower compression of the pistons. This car is waiting for someone to put a turbo back onto it. This is a great starting block for a turbo project because of the modified engine internals.
