1999 Buick LeSabre 61,000 miles NEEDS WORK !!! Up for auction is a 1999 Buick LeSabre with 61040 miles. I am selling this car for my grandparents as they no longer need two vehicles. The vehicle needs all new brake lines, they have weathered over time and need to be replaced. I took the car to two different mechanics and got a quote of $1200 and $800. The car will also need all 4 tires in order to get through inspection. The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. The car was being used up until about 2 weeks ago when the brakes started feeling soft. The exterior of the car has some dings / scratches here and there but nothing you would expect from a vehicle of this age. There are a couple dings in the driver side rear door. There is a small ding / pry mark on the lip of the trunk lid. There is a dent in on the passenger side underbody molding which can be seen in a pic. The front passenger quarter panel also has a ding. The interior has normal wear for the age and mileage. There is some paint wear on the driver door controls. The top of the steering wheel has some wear in the leather wrap. With some minor repairs this would be a great vehicle. The vehicle as it sits now should not be driven far. Please email me with any questions
