Today I am selling a 1990 Acura Legend LS sedan with only 81,811 miles!!! The car comes with a clear New Jersey title and is in overall good condition for its age. I am going to try and describe the car the best way I can but I always strongly suggest that a buyer come view it in person and formulate their own opinion. I purchased the car in 2001 from a dealer in New Jersey. I used it as a winter car for that first season then I moved out of state and didnt need it. I have always thought about putting it back on the road but I have too many cars and not enough time to drive them all. I would rather the car be used by someone who can show it the attention I no longer have time for. The car has a few small rust spots on the front of the hood and the paint has oxydized in many spots. The overall frame and body are solid and in good shape. The floor boards are solid and show no signs of rust at all. The sunroof does leak and needs some attention. The interior is in overall good shape and there are no signs of cracking or issues with the front seats. The only noted place of seating damage is on the top of the rear seats where the leather has dried and the seems need attention. I have two sets of keys and the clear NJ title for the car. There is an after market alarm which will not stay off so it kills the ignition. Whoever buys the car should have it disconnected so that the car will start. The car will not start because of this issue so please keep that in mind when arranging for shipping. The car has a brand new battery but does need a tune up since it hasn't been driven in a long time. It did run very well and despite the alarm issue, I am sure with a little TLC the car can be a great daily driver yet once again. I am not a mechanic or a dealer, so please keep that in mind. The car is being sold strictly in 'AS IS' condition!!! Within 24 hours of the auction ending, a non-refundable $250.00 deposit must be paid via Paypal. The balance must be paid in either postal money orders, cash or bank check. I will accept personal checks from the following banks only...Bank of America, Wells Fargo, TD Bank and PNC. ALL other personal checks will be returned as I do not have the ability to verify funds. I am moving out of state within the next few weeks so the car MUST be picked up within 10 days after the end of the auction. If the successful bidder does not pick the car up within the timeframe or make arrangements, I reserve the right to either re-sell it, donate it, or dispose of it however I choose as I do not have the storage nor the time to wait. The car is located in Lincoln Park, NJ (Morris County) and can be viewed at any time. I have the car for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time. Remember that a portion of the sale price of each car will be donated to the ASPCA. Happy bidding!!!
