It drives and looks wonderful and has not been damage or abused. Adult owned and driven. Tires are all about 7to 8/32 remaining tread and are size is 205-70R 15 on factory alloy wheels. This is one clean car as you can see. It drives great. Ice cold A/C and runs out like it should. Wow is what you say after a test drive with your first test drive. Brakes stop with smooth authority. Never wrecked or smoked in...nice. Vehicle DescriptionThis is a very nice 1995 Oldsmobile 98 that has been owned by same family since new. This Olds 98 is a clean rust free Arizona car. This is a large 4 door family sedan that will get 26 mpg on the highway and rides and drives like a dream. I will describe the vehicle’s mechanical and cosmetic condition as accurately as possible and provide pictures to show the overall condition of the vehicle. I will disclose any mechanical conditions or cosmetic flaws that I discover. This is a 18 year old car and is subject to normal wear and tear both mechanically and cosmetically. Mechanical ConditionThe 3.8 Liter V6 engine and automatic transmission perform flawlessly. The car is has every option available in 1995 and they all work as they should except for the cruise control. The cruise control is temperamental. When you set the cruise you must push the button 2 or 3 times before the cruise engages. No other mechanical problems have been discovered. The engine compartment and underside are clean. Even the steering wheel controls work, for radio and fan! Exterior. Overall the exterior is in very good condition as the pictures show. Paint looks very original except for: Hood faded in front, rt fender has small crack on top, misc chips and small scratches InteriorThe interior of the car is leather. The driver’s seat and the arm rests show some cracking, but overall the interior is very nice. The carpet is bright and free from stains or fading, headliner is in excellent condition, dash cover is in great condition, and door panels are in very good condition. All interior flaws are shown in the pictures. It has Full Power including dual power seats, dual climate with seperate controls on both sides, dual lighted vanity mirrors, PS, PB,Tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows, locks and mirrors. Everything works as it should except left rear window, grille chrome shows cracks, rt fender top has a crack (in photo) and knob on cooling/heater is missing and hood is fading as seen in photos. It has current registration and have receipts for the last few years. What was replaced was the F-EPROM (computer) assy, power steering rack and pinion assy, ECM, Battery, Serpentine belt, tensioner assy, coolant flush, trans flush, and lots of oil changes. Runs and idles smooth and no codes or check engine lights on. All new tires reciently also and white walls! Shifts like it should and the air is cold even in 110 degree temps ! Runs cool even in this heat in traffic. Car goes down the road straight and smooth. Great brakes and dry under the car with no oil on driveway over night. Even the spair has never been out ! and trunk carpet is like new. Just serviced and no suprises. If you don't agree...you don't own it. This was only driven by a retired person and always garage kept. This is a nice find and these were great cars. They were one of the best GM cars made on those days and if propery cared for will continue to give good service with minimal service for many miles.
