You are bidding on a 1985 Mercedes Benz 380 SL convertible. The car was impeccably kept, and serviced by Mercedes Benz almost the entire life of the vehicle. Everybody wants the car owned by the little old lady who drove it back and forth to church on Sunday. Well...this is the car driven back and forth to temple on Saturdays. The gentleman that I purchased the car from, was the original owner, and I've put on less than 200 miles since the purchase. I purchased the vehicle to flip, and now it is the time for it to go. Wish I could keep it myself, but for the sake of my marriage, and a lack of garage space, I'm letting it go. The canvas on the convertible top is in great condition, the headliner is in great condition, as well. There are no significant blemishes in the paint, and the hardtop fits well, and is clean. There is a fingernail sized crack in the plastic on the side of the roof, but it does not leak. Also, a small thumbnail sized blemish on the bolster of the drivers seat. The undercarriage is clean, and the overall condition of the car is beautiful. I have not had the air conditioning pressure tested, but at the moment, it does not blow cold.
