1994 Mercedes Benz E320T – Wagon This wagon has almost 240k on it and was a daily driver until about a month ago when we purchased a new car. The Good… Clean, unmolested car that runs and drives. Interior is in great shape. A/C blows cold. All the power options work. Was originally a California car that I purchased in Colorado. It has no rust whatsoever. The Bad… Head gasket was replaced about 20k ago to fix an oil leak. At that time the electronic throttle control was replaced with a rewired unit. I believe that unit has failed as the car has a low loping idle when in gear. The 1-2 shift flares slightly. Also, a rear axle was replaced and since then it feels like the car has a badly warped rear rotor. Overall, this is a good car that just needs a little TLC to be king of the road again.
