This 1952 MG-TD 2-seater roadster convertible is in Great-Good condition both mechanically and aesthetically. It is not a "kit" car. It is also not your traditional 4 cyIinder MG. It has an Automatic Hurst Transmission and is outfitted with a 1967 327 V8 Corvette Engine (not sure of gear ratio). The frame has been reinforced to accept the larger engine. It also has drum brakes with very solid suspension. All four wheels are GT Qualifier Dunlop Radials. The front wheels are P215/65R15 95S and rear wheels are P295/50SR15. It is pearl white in color with a tan interior. The leather seats are in great shape. Both hood side panels and window skins are included. It has a nice stereo system with new speakers. This vehicle is driven 2-3 times per year to local car shows and back home. It handles very well both on the highway as well as back roads. It has no known mechanical problems and was just re-inspected this month. The paint has very few defects and looks beautiful. The roof has a couple of small tears. One of the roof supports need to be re-welded. I'm the second known owner of this vehicle. Great car just no time to enjoy it. Additional pictures are available upon request.
