For sale is a beautiful, professionally restored 1974 TR6.This was a solid, two owner, west coast car when I bought it four years ago.The car had been poorly repainted many years ago so I decided to have it completely stripped and repainted in the original #26 French Blue. The body was sanded down to bare metal and no rust was found, even in the rocker panels. I have photos of this process. Some small dents were repaired and the car was primed and painted with a Dupont base coat and three coats of clear. The result is a beautifully finished car in the original factory color with the correct black rear body panel. The entire interior has been replaced. The seats were redone with new bladders, foam, and covers. All of the interior panels and carpet have been replaced.The car has a new walnut dashboard and all of the gauges are working. The original radio has been replaced with a Panasonic in-dash cd unit with four speakers. The windshield is new. The top was replaced some years ago and is in very good condition with no rips and the back window is clear. I also have the boot cover and tonneau cover, both in very good condition. I also have the factory hard top and mounting hardware that is in good condition and goes with the car. The engine has 10,000 miles on a complete and documented rebuild. The head was also rebuilt with hardened seats and new valves. The car has the J type overdrives that has been rebuilt and works very well making the car a joy to drive on the highway. The original carburetors and been rebuilt and a Crane electronic ignition has been added. The front suspension has been rebuilt and the master cylinder and brakes have been replaced. The car has Panasport Racing wheels and new Bridgestone tires. I also have the original wheels in good condition that go with the car. The entire exhaust system has been replaced with a stock system. I have repair orders and receipts for all work on the car. This car looks and sounds great and runs very well. We get compliments every time we take it out. I have started restoration on my wife's old Camaro and need to sell the TR to fund this new project.
