Vehicle Detail

RE LIST - PLEASE BID AFTER ALL YOUR CONCERNS ARE ANSWERED NOT BEFORE. I CAN ACCOMMODATE ALL YOUR CONCERNS BEFORE NOT AFTER IT CLOSES. THANK YOU Listed here is a 1973 Triumph TR6 that had a frame off restoration done in 1997, 15 years ago that I completed myself. Since then I have driven the car approximately 5,000 miles with odometer reading 54498 which I can't verify to be correct. At that time all sub frame, cross members and supports replaced or repaired where needed. Body of car was then rotisserie with all floor pans, rocker panels, door posts, fenders replaced. Replaced all coil springs and hydro-lick shocks with original equipment. The car factory paint color was purple but I changed it to white and painted all panels in and out. The entire electrical system was gone over and replaced starter, alternator, with all gauges, switches and lights operating perfectly. This also includes an alpine AM/FM cassette radio with kidney pads under dash. The engine was removed and gone over replacing clutch and pressure plate, timing chain and gears, complete head assembly (done in 2011), rebuilt both carburetors, with cylinder compression approx.170 psi across. Radiator was boiled and cleaned with extra cooling shroud added around radiator housing. Exhaust was replaced with original steel system in good shape and has a nice sound to it. Vinyl top to car was replaced with original style top and wood of dash board was removed and refinished. New carpets, door panels, trunk and rear panels, were installed throughout entire car with seats having original covers. Tires on the car are Dunlap SP40 sized at 205-70R15 all four are the same and in excellent shape. Car drives terrific with plenty of power, tight steering, and stops on a dime making it really fun to take out. Car was garage kept and driven summers only with finish and appearance in nice condition (remember done 15 years ago). I also have a Weber carburetor system that went to a Jaguar XJ6 that I will throw in but needs intake manifold and rebuild to fit this car. What I personally look for in a car is to drive and enjoy and not to look at it to be a show piece, which this car meets. The only issues it has is that there is a small dent in the driver’s door, carburetors could use an adjustment to be perfect and top has a small hole which is repaired. Chrome overall is in good condition as well as beauty rings and rims. Rest assures it can be driven home where ever if wanted and you will love this car. Can supply more photos or stop by and take a look you won’t be sorry. No reserve with no warranties and no returns. Will assist with shipping at buyers expense if needed. Thanks for looking.
