I am selling my 1972 IH Scout II project that I purchased only a couple months ago due to a pending divorce. I have done some restoration work already on the drivers side floor pan, cab mount,rocker panel. The Scout came with a ton of extra parts when I bought it and I have added to the collection! I will list what the Scout has or comes with. *304 V-8, runs well, needs some carb adjustment. * When I was pulling Scout out of garage starter acted up. I will repair or replace before sell. *3 speed manual transmission *Power Loc rear differential *Manual steering , but I just purchased a complete power steering system including steering gear, pump,bracket,hoses, pulleys etc and cleaned and painted the parts. *Manual drum brakes. New drums and brakes in front, and I painted them with POR 15 *All lights and gauges work including fuel gauge. *Tailgate and Lift gate open and close well but lift gate needs handle installed. *Doors close ok but could use some adjustment and new seals. *Drivers seat needs recovered and installed after floor pan is completed. *31x11.50x15 Super Swampers on freshly POR 15 coated wheels. *Does need some body work and paint but overall not bad. Frame is excellent and I started cleaning and coating it with *Newer fuel pump, dist. cap, wires,rotor,points and condenser. Heres the extra parts: An extra complete windshield and frame with wipers and motor.The one on Scout isnt bad and Im sure this part alone is worth $500. Replacement right side quarter panel ( check the prices on some of this stuff on IH Only North or Super Scout Specialist) New floor pans, cab mounts, support kit, inner and outer rocker panels,body bushings, BRAND NEW show bar (over $300), BRAND NEW Auto Craft Gold Battery ($125), Nearly new Dynomax X flow muffler ($125) tail pipes and Stainless tips, Im sure Im leaving something out but will add later.
