For sale in this auction we have our complete and original 1928 Model A Ford Truck. The truck had a complete ground up restoration in 1978 and was drove to many local fairs, parades, car shows and just enjoyed until it was stored inside and parked for health reasons in 2006. We have been told that when the truck was restored no body parts had been re-placed and was complete original at that time and that the truck has only had 3 owners. The truck was just pulled from storage approx. one month ago, brakes checked, installed new fluids, new battery, spark plugs, wires and new distributor as well as new tires, tubes and liners using the correct Ford licensed parts all purchased from Snyder's Antique Auto Parts and within the truck turning over approx. 2 times it fired right off and purred like a kitten and the truck has been driven approx. 80 miles since over the last few weekends with no issues. This is a super cool all steel truck that you just don't find in this condition, it does have a few small dings, paint fade, dulness and paint issues as it has one spot on the drivers door where it looks as if the spare tire has hit it at some time and on the back side of the cab it has paint loss around the seems for some reason. Truck is dark green with black running boards and rims, the color doesn't show up the best as many of the pics. had been taken in the shade. But honestly the truck has the perfect amount of patina and character for what people want these days and a true honest driver not some trailer queen piece that you can't really enjoy! Headlights function properly, horn only makes a faint noise but was told it had an adjustment screw and should work since it at least makes a noise, tilt out windshield folds out properly and the truck even has its original rear view mirror. Interior is in good condition and has some original tools under the seat. This truck has no rust or rot and has never had any as far as we can find with good straight panels and all wood support structures inside the cab are in good condition as well as the bed floor. I would personally do nothing to this truck except for love it and drive it. We have good clear correct title and paper work on this great antique truck which is a rarity in itself. This wonderful 1928 Model A Ford Truck is selling with NO RESERVE! Full payment of vehicle is due within 3 days of end of auction by money order, bank check, certified funds or a personal check will be fine but vehicle will not be available for pick up until check clears and my bank deems good! I am willing to hold vehicle stored inside for up to 30 days for winning bidder if needed for personal pick up or for shipping arrangements to be made but as previously stated vehicle must be paid for in full within 3 days of end of auction no matter what so have your funds ready with no games and I in turn will overnight title and paper work to winning bidder or can hold for them upon pick up, whatever you choose!
