This is a very unusual Model T Ford. It features an original "Hercules" brand body on an authentic 1924 Model T Ford car chassis. It is an older restoration of what appears to have started as a very complete, original vehicle. The body is a wood frame with steel paneling. Hercules bodies were built in Evansville Indiana in the 1920's. It has so many great details-please check out the photos. There is no glass in the front door or rear door windows. The side windows are hinged and can be fastened to the inside roof (ceiling) with common sense or Murphy fastners. All door hardware appears original. It stands 7 feet tall, but it is built on a standard Ford car chassis. It has a set of 4 matching unusual Jaxon brand five-lug accessory wheels and rims. They are very similar to the more common Firestone brand wheels. This truck or delivery or bread wagon, what ever you like to call it could be a great advertising opportunity for someone. It runs and drives. I have driven it a few miles. The front end needs to be gone through and I would recommend that it be completely gone through mechanically before any long distance driving or touring.
