MILEAGE: 14119 and I'n sure another 100,000. SORRY UP FRONT FOR THIS, I'M JUST TELLING IT LIKE IT IS::: My discription is not sugar coated, it will not make the car sound better than it is. You will not be suprized when you come look at the car if you read and don't just look at pictures. I have sold 100s of cars on ebay and know what they are worth,"this one is a good deal and will sell". If I was going to buy a car to keep and didn't want to spend big bucks, this is the kind of car I would look for. If your looking for a perfect car for a cheap price I recommend that you don't buy it off ebay. The world is looking at these cars and lots of guys don't tell the truth and you can be cheated real bad. PICTURES MAKE THIS CAR LOOK PERFECT, IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UP FRONT IN A NUT SHELL:::: Your not getting a perfect car for $15,950. Your getting a great body, good strong running engine, good transmission, good rear-end, usable paint (but not perfect), usable interior (but not perfect), the gauges and lights work. You can drive this car as is and it looks decent or improve it as you enjoy it. I'm not sugar coating this discription, I could not tell it like is really is and get more for the car, but it will sell for my price and its worth it. PUTURES MAKE THIS CAR LOOK LIKE A HIGH DOLLAR SHOW CAR, IT IS NOT PERFECT. This car is just a drive and enjoy quality car, it is not a real Boss. This car is solid, it is no rust bucket, it is super solid on the underside. The car is nice to drive and enjoy, but pictures make it look like a $100,000 show car. Don't get me wrong, its not junk, its just not perfect. Read my information and it will tell you what you can't see. My Buy Now price of $15,950 is my lowest through ebay motors, for all you guys that use ebay as a search and are not registered call and we can deal. I reserve the right to stop the listing at any time, the car is for sale here in Athens, Tennessee and if can sale it here I will. Your inspections have to be done before I stop a listing, come look and be happy, I will not hold the car and wait on you with out a deposit. IF THE CAR DOES NOT SELL FOR $15,950 I WILL SPEND LESS THAN $1,000 ON PARTS AND FIX EVERYTHING I TELL YOU THATS NOT PERFECT, THE CAR WILL SELL FOR $20,000. I JUST HAVE TOO MANY PROJECTS STARTED AND DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO WORK ON IT FOR A WHILE. Thank You, Ron Watson TITLE: Clear Ohio title in hand. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? "This is not a rust bucket"! The underside looks great, the frame rails and floors look very good with no rust problems, the torque boxes good other than a rusty edge on the inner thin sheet metal that turns up. The car has a very good body, no under coating to hide rust. Only one bubble on the passengers fender lip. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? I’m a classic car restorer, but when I find a car I like, can sell for a fair market price and make a few bucks, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: The car is straight to look down the sides and the paint has a brillant shine, no dents and no bad dings. Under a critical eye inspect I can several stone chips, some minor flaws and a few specs in the paint. The paint is nice, but not a perfect roll out of the trailer show car paint job that cost $15,000. Tts just very nice drive and enjoy quality paint on a solid body. CHROME AND BRIGHTWORK: The back bumper is good, the front bumper dull, the door handles dull, the rear quarter window bumb-a-rangs pitted, stainless OK. INTEROR: The front seat covers have a couple of splits with tape on them, the dash pad is cracked, the back seat good, the other interior decent used condition, but not perfect. UNDERSIDE: Not detailed for show, but the brackets, torque boxes and mounts are all good. This not a rusty car! The floors look good, I consider this a nice solid car. GLASS: Good clear glass, the windows roll up and down good, part of the rubber weather stripping needs replaced. ENGINE: The engine is a strong running 302 cubic inch, it has no blue smoke, no unwanted nosises and no bad oil leaks. It has a nice looping cam, its very drivable, but has a loop at idle, most guys like this. "The engine is good". EXHAUST SYSTEM: Good conidtion, but not new and has a good deep loud Muscle Car sound. TRANSMISSION: Its a 3 speed automatic, it shifts good, it looks like it has been rebuilt, its does take a couple of seconts to go into reverse when cold. REAR-END: No whines or growls, it a 8 inch Ford that has been rebuilt. BRAKES: Good, they are drums all around. STEERING: Good, the car drives great, it is power steering, the contol valve is leaking, but drivable. WHEELS AND TIRES: The wheels are 15 inch Cragers that look nice, the tires are decent radials. LIGHTS: They work, turn signals work, headlights work, tail lights work, brake lights work, interior lights work. GUAGES: They all work. SPEEDOMETER WORKS! GAS GAUGE WORKS! wipers work! HORN not working! HEATER BLOWER WORKS. RADIO WORKS, its a after market and not high quality! HOW DO THE DOORS AND HOOD OPEN AND CLOSE? I think they open and close good for a Mustang. PANEL FIT: They all fit good for a Mustang, this is not perfect, they were not perfect from the Ford factory, the hood margain is a little off, but not bad, look at the pictures. GOOD STUFF: The car has a very good body, the car runs good, it drives good, the price is good. BAD STUFF: The car needs some parts, front bumper, door handles, dash pad, front seat covers, power steering control valve that has a drip, but drivable. TRADES: Please no trades, they never work out and are just to hard! The rest of the information is boring unless you are really interested in buying the car, its just buying details like shipping, paperwork, who I am, where the car is located and how to pay and contact information. CONTACT INFO: my cell is 423-506-8987, I do not answer when driving, while meeting with people, after about 8:00 PM Eastern Time or on Sunday morning or Sunday nights. Please leave a voice mail and I’ll get back. I do check my emails several times a day. cell 423-506-8987 email: dreamcar@live.com PAPERWORK: I know what to do! We are just a father/son 2 man operation, but we are a Tennessee licensed/bonded car dealer and have sold cars all over the US and exported many. THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION, THIS IS A FIXED PRICE LISTING: I reserve the right to stop the listing at any time and sale the car “come look”. I RESERVE TH RIGHT TO STOP THE LISTING AT ANY TIME. THE CAR IS FOR SALE ON THE LOCAL MARKET. WHERE THE CAR IS LOCATED: The car is here at my home in Athens, Tennessee. Athens is in east Tennessee, we are 50 miles south of Knoxville. Look at a Road Atlas and follow interstate 75 south from Knoxville. I live one mile and one turn from the interstate exit. My zip code is 37303. The closest large airport is Knoxville. Athens does have a good small airport, but has no commercial flights. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM: My name is Ron Watson and I live in the small town of Athens, Tennessee “Athens is called the friendly city”. We are located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in east Tennessee. I am 66 years old and work with my son Keith who is now 40. I am now retired and living my dream restoring, selling and improving classic cars. For 12 years I was an auto mechanics instructor at Tennessee Technology Center here in Athens. I am also a veteran of the US Army; I served as a Chinook helicopter mechanic, crew chief and instructor in the late 60s, I did spend a year in Vietnam. I’m Southern Baptist faith and proud to be an American. I’ve been married to the same good woman for almost 42 years. LIFE IS GOOD IN THE GREEN HILLS OF EAST TENNESSEE! MY AREA CODE FOR TRANSPORT: The area code for Athens, Tennessee is 37303. I live 1 mile off a major interstate (I-75) and 35 miles south of interstate 40, so transport is usually very fast. PAYMENT: I require a $500 deposit for a Buy Now or to hold the car, this can be by PayPal, but I will not take full payment by PayPal. Option 1: Pay the old school way face to face. Option 2: Pay by check, I will wait till the check clears, I have had a fake bank certified check. Option 3: The safest and fastest is to let our banks handle it, my bank is a member of the US Federal Reserve, this is called wire transfer. INSPECTIONS: Please come look and be happy. All inspections are required to be done before the end of the listing. I listed this car as I see it as a 64 year old car restorer, please come and judge it for your self. I judge the car to my standards, this may not be yours. Paid inspectors are unpredictable, you might get a good one, but most of them do not impress me at all, most really don’t know what to look at, they make a good car sound bad on the report. They have to be very critical to cover their back sides and all their concerned about is getting paid. I understand how hard it is to buy a car without looking, but I think you should come look yourself. I don’t like paid inspectors, I like for the person that is buying to inspect for themselves. I think its fine to send a friend to inspect for you. To make it clear, don’t hit the buy now button and then inspect, come inspect first! TRADES: Please no trades! BOTTOM LINE: My firm price is $15,950, I'm asking $16,950 on the local market. The game is not rocket science, ask a price and come down. It’s not fun to bargain over the cell phone all day long with people that live 2000 miles away and are not going to buy anyway. My firm price is the Buy Now price. I have sold every car I have ever tried to, so I’m not motivated to be bargained down. PLEASE!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! Come look at this vehicle. Please don’t hit the Buy Now button unless your ready to really buy it! Do your research, call me with questions, read my feed backs, I am ebay verified; this means they say I’m a real person in a real place. I WILL BE VERY HAPPY TO SELL YOU THE VEHICLE WITH-OUT AN INSPECTION; YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE A LOT OF NERVE AND PLEASE DON’T BE A CRY BABY. Read the ME section on the upper right hand part of the listing marked seller info. Thank You, Ron Watson cell: 423-506-8987 email: dreamcar@live.com IS THERE A WARRANTY? No!
