In 1993 Mercedes introduced the 600SL. It was released in North America, Canada, and Austrailia. This is truely a sports car, and soon to be a classic (NADA September 2012). This 1993 600SL spent most of its life in a collection in Palm Beach Florida, and was sold to make room for the SLS Gullwing. I purchased the vehicle in February 2011, and have driven approximately 2000 miles. I have had it serviced, inspected and smoged in California and has current license. The tires and rims were replaced with mercedes wheels and new Michelin pilot tires. The suspension, auto leveling has been replaced approxametly 500 miles ago, also new Mercedes battery and cables. There are no lights on, and all electrical works as it should. At this time the only thing that is needed is the air conditioner needs to be serviced, only coolant needed. There are no other mechanical issues. I currently have 2 600SL's and so it is time for one to go...........This is a great car, and yes it only has 23,640 documented miles. The title is clear and in hand. This vehicle has never been in an accident and no paint work/body work has been done. This car is truly beautiful. This is a smoke free vehicle.
