This is a one owner (besides myself for a few months) southern car. It was bought brand new at the Honda dealership here in Franklin, TN. It is loaded and in amazing condition. Rides and drives great! I have all of the maintenance records and the window sticker. The car maybe has 4 or 5 minor door dings and other than that the paint and body is perfect. The drivers side wheels have some pretty bad curb rash that happened the day before I bought the car. Previous owner was very old and scraped a curb going thru a bank drive through. It has a brand new set of Michelin tires and a new OEM exhaust/muffler. The interior is perfect with the exception of the driver side door handle casing/framing. It has a small crack in it. Everything works as it should. Cold A/C, all power options are working, radio/stereo sounds great (has upgraded factory stereo with sub) and the seats and carpet are flawless with no fading, stains or tears. The engine is in perfect shape with all up to date maintenance done. No leaks. The transmission shifts great. This car is a 9 out of 10. The best part is it only has 88k miles!! This car will last forever. You know how hard it is to find a factory Accord of this year with low miles and in perfect shape. This is the best motor made and in my opinion the best years for Honda. I bought this from a dear friend who needed to sell. I planned to drive it for a few months to make sure that all was up to par and then I would sell. Well, here I am selling this amazing car. I paid a lot for this car and I am not trying to make money but I am asking more than book value because you can't go by any book for a value on a rare find like this.
