Vehicle Detail

The following vehicle has been in storage for 10 years and the color discoloration is due to that on some of the interior parts. It is a two owner vehicle and the accompanying paperwork will demonstrate the care from day one the vehicle received before being sold to the next buyer who then traveled out of the main island of Oahu and was away for 10 years before he decided to bring it to the continental United States. The good:The leather is still soft and supple and the the electronics work to include for all the windows. The car runs(video provided)The color has held up well. What appears as discoloration is from the dust from the car cover (included with the sale)All the historical data, log books, ownership documentation included in the sale (provided in the pictures)\The car can drive but not recommended for long distancesThe pictures and video will tell a better picture than I can describe The to-do-list:Due to long time storage the following issues have arisenThe accelerator sticksWill need a complete tune-up to deal with all the combustion and sticky fuel lines. Very sluggish moving down the road due to these issues.Brake lines have dry rot and will require to be replacedThe engine padding has dry rotted and fallen piece by piece keeps on breaking off (cosmetic not a major issue)There is a small rust spot by the passenger door by the driver's side at the bottom of the window trimSeems to be some short circuit once the car is turned off, the dial for the fuel pressure keep moving up and down, possibly, a faulty fuel pump, hence the issues with the sluggish movementThe trim around both the front and rear windshield have severe dry-rot however there is no leak into the vehicle. The inside sun visors have discolored on the insideThe driver side seat bolster nearest to the door has been ripped due to the repeated entry and exit by the gentleman who ensured the car was started over the 10 year period.Exhaust has a hole (possibly will have this repaired before sale)The car seems to stick on gear number three once on highway speeds, not sure if this is because of the long-term storage. Do not be intimidated by the long list of to-do-list. You are welcome to come and take a look he vehicle and also arrange for a short drive. It currently doesn't have insurance and it's registration is expired therefore recommending whoever does the purchase to arrange to have it towed. Reason for selling, to clear existing older restoration car inventory, really, run out of space!I am available to be reached for any follow-on questions or arrange for a viewing. On Jul-10-12 at 10:43:16 PDT, seller added the following information: Please note: Vehicle doesn't have an existing warranty.
