Vehicle Detail

2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8 The car has approx. 11000 miles on it. It is loaded with every single available option available EXCEPT a sunroof. The build is from Mr.Norms garage in Illinois. If you know and love Mopars then you know Mr. Norms and their legendary quality. I drove the car 1500 miles and then delivered it to them for the build. They are the number one Mopar customizing shop in the country. The original motor was removed and was replaced with the Mr. Norms 419ci with the Kenne Bell 2.8 Liquid Cooled Mammoth Supercharger. The motor is covered under warranty until 30k miles. The car has two interchangeable pulleys and two tunes in the Diablo computer. The current tune is just over 800 HP to the wheels. The car is brutally fast and handles fantastic. The car is FLAWLESS. I know people throw that term around a lot but this one is exactly that, gauranteed. Check my feedback and you'll see this is not some BS. The car has been lowered two inches with an Eibach spring and sway bar kit. The wheels are Black Chromed by US Wheel out of Detroit. The car is actually featured on the cover of US Wheels sales brochure. The pics attached were taken for magazine the car was featured in last year, the last two are from the wheel brochure. The car has a methanol injection system that allows you to drive it at 15 lbs of boost with nothing more than pump gas. The windows are 5% all the way around, the windshield is tinted at 35%. All the marker lights and tailights were professionally painted candy black. You can't tell the windshield is tinted from inside the car but from the outside you can't see into the car. The car attracts a crowd everywhere you go. The car is extremely streetable. It just purrs down the road. I would drive it across the country without a moments hesitation. I just recently drove it from Fort Worth to Houston (4 hours) and got an average 28 MPG on the highway. Below 3000 RPM it drives like any other Challenger, above that and it's a whole different story :) I love it but it's time for my next project and a twin turbo Viper or CTSV is what I'm looking to do. Trades considered. I have added some additional pics as well. The radar unit is a Beltronics Pro RX45 with Laser Shifting capability. It also has LEDs that light up in the windshield to alert you even if the volume is low or on mute (otherwise the unit talks and tells you the alert). There is a two gauge A-Pillar unit installed with a Autometer Programmable shift light as well as an Autometer Boost gauge. I had both A-Pillars wrapped in cloth to match the headliner as I didn't care for the look of the plastic. There are aluminum "Challenger" door sill plates. I had a NAVTOOL system installed that allows the Factory navigation unit to be used while in motion as well as play DVDs while in motion. Also, people keep asking the "buy it now". There isn't one although nothing stops you from making an offer :) On Jul-09-12 at 11:32:00 PDT, seller added the following information: I have gotten a couple questions and want to clear up tow things. The picture of the shifter sucks (sorry, you can thank my phone for that) there is no blemish on the shifter, what you see below the handle is where the shifter says " Mr. Norms" engraved in the side of it. Also the picture of the Beltronics shows dust not any scratches of any kind. There are NO scratches in the car. The car sits in my garage and gets some dust on it. I should have wiped it off before taking the picture. On Jul-09-12 at 17:44:46 PDT, seller added the following information: I was notified by ebay that the statement "trades considered" violates their policy. Please disregard that statement. On Jul-11-12 at 11:07:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Here is a link to a youtube clip of the car in action at the Grattan Raceway. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6PGdt5HO2kThere is nothing quite like passing a Ferrari on the outside of a corner and taking them down the back straightaway in your 3800lb Mopar powered beast :) On Jul-11-12 at 14:08:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Just one more video from the Texas 2K12. This is against a cammed, bottle fed 2011 Camaro on slicks. For some reason I thought a "Street Car Shootout" meant actual street legal cars :) The DOT Nittos did well but are still a DOT tire. The car has never worn slicks. Best run was a 10.13 with a horrible 60ft time. Didn't want to hurt my car (after all I actually DROVE my STREET CAR four hours to the event at 27 MPG) and it wouldn't hook anyways. I just catch them on the top end of the track. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTg8LafR87Y&feature=player_embedded
